Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is raised within 14 days of delivery

What We Offer

• Replacement or exchange (preferred)
• Refund only if a replacement is not possible

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to misuse or accidental impact
• Change of mind after use

Accessories (Bags, Grips, Balls, Erazr)

• Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days
• Must be unused and in original packaging
